Long Description:

Designer: Franz Harary
Builder: Franz Harary Illusion Team

When Harary performs his Spiker illusion, he begins with a story of his 26 year friendship with Michael Jackson. It began in 1984 when Jackson asked Harary to help him create the magic for his VICTORY tour. From there the two became close friends and continued creating magic until Jackson passed in 2009. As Harary tells the story, he plays video footage of the two working and playing together on many of Jackson’s concert stages over the years. Harary goes on to tell of a huge illusion that Jackson did for his 1996 History tour. After the tour was done, Jackson gave it to Franz and said, “You keep this. Go and keep our magic alive.” With those words, the actual illusion equipment just seen on the video comes rolling out onto the stage. Using Jackson’s music for the background, Harary performs the illusion one more time.

He gets locked into a steel coffin and penetrated with 50 steel spikes. In a flash, Harary vanishes and reappears in the back of the audience.
